Mary Preston, XYL of Charlie - K4LJH, of Hamilton, Virginia tends to some last minute items

Stay in the chair. This is the prime directive if you want to be first. And, you cannot do that if you don't have food. This is the second prime directive: food.

Again, this year, our support folks out did themselves. Mary and Charlie - K4LJH Preston of Hamilton and Angi Garasic - KG4AVR of Haymarket kept us all fueled. There was plenty to eat all weekend. Food was ready after the Friday night antenna set up session. They organized a great Saturday night family dinner with everyone bringing their favorite dish. And, Angi's Sunday morning arrival was well tracked by the lonely few on site as we all thought about those fantastic pancakes.

If you didn't get enough to eat or drink then it wasn't anyone's fault but your own. Thanks to everyone who helped keep our speedy operators in business and 'in the chairs.'

Angi Garasic - KG4AVR of Haymarket arrives before sunrise on Sunday to cook us all some super pancakes.

And, we didn't have to leave the chairs since Tom Garasic - NA4MA delivered them all right to each station.
Many reported a spurt in the rates and it wasn't just contributed to sunrise conditions.
