Mission Statement  The mission of The Loudoun Amateur Radio Group (LARG) is to provide the radio amateurs of western Loudoun County a forum to interact on the different facets of amateur radio and to provide service to the public as defined by the Federal Communications Commission. LARG supports the recruitment and training of Radio Amateurs through its educational activities.

LARG Monthly Meetings The Loudoun Amateur Radio Group normally meets monthly on the third Saturday - January through November. CLICK HERE for information about our meeting. We meet the second Saturday in March to avoid conflict with the VA QSO party.

LARG Activities We are active in nearly all facets of "Ham" Radio from contesting, to DXing, to providing communications services for local public events or emergencies. LARG also promotes the enjoyment of the hobby through club projects, contesting, and net activity. You will learn more about the 'Greatest Radio Club in the Whole Wide World', as Mary Oliphant - KF4UUY always say, by visiting each of the many sections on K4LRG.ORG. There you will find several hundred megabytes of LARG - K4LRG history; it's about our outstanding members and the things we do for others and for fun.
