      The Loudoun Amateur Radio Group hereby recognize the outstanding contributions of Charles Preston, K4LJH of Hamilton, Virginia, for his outstanding support, attention to detail, and invaluable dedication as Food Captain in the annual K4LRG Field Day. He is also recognized for his consistent, steady support to the annual Reston Bicycle Ride, LARG Balloon Flights and Fox Hunts, the LARG operations at the Manassas and Berryville Hamfests, the LARG FM, Phone and CW net operations, and his superb technical skills, his equipment construction and repair abilities, and his participation in the annual Virginia QSO Party.
