Dave Bradford (L) of Leesburg, Virginia, and Norm Styer (2nd from L), AI2C, of Clarkes Gap, Virginia, designed and built this semi-mobile tracking station using Norm's 4-element cubical quad antenna,  his ICOM Multimode IC 260A 2-Meter Transceiver, a base from an discarded Lazy Boy Chair, and mounted it all on Dave's trailer-Jeep combination.  The aluminum mount in the rear was for holding the antenna during transport. Shown here is some of the gang before assembly at the Golden China. The Big Black Rig in the background is Tom Dawson, WB3AKD's 'The Boss'.
